And may suggest me to clean install my Windows or, perform a clean boot, scan windows for errors believe me I have tried all those tips and tricks. Now I know you would love to blame this on for perhaps a bug in Windows. I particularly suspect the MSI SDK causing such error message.
Now back to the reason how I know that its the MSI Dragon Centre, because after I uninstalled this particular piece of software all my problem was solved. Now the problem is not that big itself but I have to manually click 'Shut Down Anyway' each time! During shut down computer shows an Application without icon or name, clearly stating that this application is preventing Windows shut down. Previously I had a factory installed version of the software which came pre-installed with my Notebook and it didn't cause any such error but after update it happened.
